Ms. Onita Scales
Hello, I am Onita Scales one of the Resource teachers at Peeples Middle School for the 2020-2021 school year. I am a product of Jackson Public Schools, and I attended Smith Elementary, Brinkley Jr. High School and Lanier High School. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Jackson State University and I am currently working on my masters in Special Education at USM. I have been teaching for over 18 years and I am certified in the areas of Social Studies (7-12) and SPED Mild/Moderate (K-12).
When I am not teaching, I like reading, traveling, watching classic movies, and trying new recipes.
